Planadas

Planadas is a group of around 30 farmers in Tolima, Colombia, originally founded by nine producers, including the Enciso family and Reinel Pérez. They focus on careful hand-picking and multi-step fermentation, with 30-36 hours of open-air fermentation and varied drying methods to ensure quality. Their coffees are known for citrus acidity, honey sweetness, dark chocolate, and red apple notes, with a balanced aftertaste.
